Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Bucks County (BBBSBC) is looking for an Executive Director to be a strong leader to guide the Agency that is affiliated with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, the premiere youth mentoring organization world wide. The ideal CEO candidate has demonstrated an ability to raise funds to support the mission and strategies of either a for-profit or non-profit organization. The CEO of BBBSBC must pro-actively ensure that the Agency grows and develops long-term relationships with large-scale individual, foundation, and corporate donors/fundraisers. In addition, the ideal candidate has led people in an organization, especially through challenging economic times. The CEO will have a staff of approximately 15 people and have an operating budget of more than $800,000. Other duties include ensuring that the Agency continues to provide high quality mentoring programs, cultivating a strong Board of Directors, and maintaining the financial viability of the Agency. A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration is required. Our candidate should have a minimum of seven years of proven results in building an organization and achieving results.
